Student Loan Update/New Budget

It's been a lot of student loan updates, but I've been feeling some frugal burnout and it's the only thing that keeps me motivated. Total owed as of today: $19,572.74.

I also have a new and strict budget that is going to allow me to live on less than half my income. This is because I am determined to pay off all my loans in 15-18 months. : )

Paycheck 1: 800 - 500 citi loan payment - 300 to savings

Paycheck 2: 800-450 rent,-350 for everything else (76.73 DL, 86 CTA pass, 35 savings, about 150 for everything else: food, pets, cash, etc.)

My part-time job paychecks and any money from paychecks over 800 will be going to savings.

Finally met the under $20,000!!!! I am at $19,963.68. Not a whole lot under, but it will get there.

As of today I owe $20,020. Almost to the under $20,000 goal if it wasn't for interest!!
